Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Air Ticketing Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat to schedule air, hotel, and car reservations
- Responsible for exchanges, refunds and offline bookings on oversea ticketing queues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be comfortable with handling frequent schedule changes and correction of airline mis-connections
- Must have experience in a GDS system or strong interest in learning Sabre
- Must have a positive and professional demeanor, with responsive customer service to provide white glove service
- Must be able to show excellent verbal communication skills to handle inbound calls
- Must be able to speak with callers while navigating through multiple systems, entering vital information
- 3 years experience as Travel Agent or Airline Booking Agent
