Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Virtual Appeals Specialist in Norcross.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Triaging incoming inventory for the Appeals team
- Overcoming objections that prevent payment of the claim
- Identifying problem accounts/processes/trends and escalating as appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
