Job Summary

A child-care provider has a current position open for a Virtual Application Support Analyst in Watertown.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying problems encountered by end users
  • Building rapport and elicit problem details from customers
  • Providing timely, efficient and informative follow up to user questions or issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 3+ years of SQL development experience, with SQL Server 2008/2012
  • Test management
  • Experience with Help Desk support
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting application-related problems
  • ETL experience with SQL Server Integration Services, SSRS and SSIS package development
