Job Summary
A service-based systems integration company is in need of a Virtual Application Support Specialist in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Document solutions to problems and recommends fundamental changes to software configurations
- Provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in application support
- Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Advanced customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the user without being prompted
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Very strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Very strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and see projects through to completion
