Job Summary

A service-based systems integration company is in need of a Virtual Application Support Specialist in Chicago.

Must be able to:

  • Document solutions to problems and recommends fundamental changes to software configurations
  • Provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in application support
  • Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Advanced customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the user without being prompted
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Very strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Very strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and see projects through to completion
