A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Appraisal Underwriter in Virginia Beach.

  • Reviewing residential appraisal reports that are provided by Third Party Suppliers
  • Underwriting Appraisals including High Risk Appraisals
  • Determining the value conclusion is supported on the appraisal report

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 + years of experience in Mortgage Appraisal Review, Credit Underwriting, Collateral Review
  • High School education
  • FNMA Collateral Underwriter,FNC GAAR, Collateral Analytics-ACRP, MLS, RealQuest tools experience
