A software development company is seeking a Virtual Artificial Intelligence Software Talent Acquisition Specialist in Detroit.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating job postings and timely processing of applications
- Scheduling & conducting interviews and making hire recommendations
- Managing new hire orientations ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Human Resources
- 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
- Strong ability to self-motivate, and work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with word processing software (MS Office, e-mail, instant messaging tools, etc.)
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems
- Strong attention to the details with excellent note-taking abilities
