Job Summary

A marketing company specializing in business process outsourcing is filling a position for a Virtual ASE Certified Auto Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Help dealership service personnel across the country diagnose repair concerns
• Perform services over the phone and via email

Required Skills:

• One or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to use electronic service manuals
• Valid driver's license
