Job Summary

This position is a critical part of operational and client success at a resilience consultancy that partners with individuals and organizations to help them achieve their career or business goals. This role will be responsible for the following:

--Managing client scheduling (using Calendly)
--Overseeing Client Onboarding
--Choosing referral gifts
--Managing client session tracking
--Automation/Integration of back end systems through Zapier
--First line of defense for new client requests
--Light website updates
--Research, including marketing research, speaker/conference research and applications
--Gathering and documenting client testimonials
--Operational Systems integration and set up
--Client Invoicing
--Special Projects
--Managing the creation of a speaker reel
--Redoing the onboarding tools
--Document creation (either in PPT or word)
--Administer 360s
--Data collection/ compilation
--Event logistics
--Book Travel

--Fantastic with follow-up
--Excellent initiative
--Someone who understands the corporate mindset and buyer
--Someone who can manage up and is able to take initiative on their own as well as partner collaboratively
