Job Summary

Small, growing online advertising and lead generation agency seeking a tech savvy, highly organized admin! Client recently hired a consultant to create more process around organizing and systematizing the business to grow and run more smoothly. This admin will act as the client's right-hand person. There is the opportunity for growth, to really be a part of the team and decision-making process, not just being told what to do.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:
--Initially working directing with the process consultant to evaluate, implement, and administer all the new systems (Copper CRM, Quickbooks, Trello, call tracking system, and other tools to be implemented)
--Invoicing, monthly reports, billing
--Inbox management admin will need to reorganize inbox and ongoing will keep it in order
--Calendar support currently using Google suite for both email and calendar. May switch to a calendar tool which the admin could help manage.
--Tech support making sure that tools continue to run smoothing, working with tech support as needed
--Edit/create word documents, spreadsheets etc
--General organization tracking communications, sending follow ups for the client and/or tracking communications to provide reminders of which contacts to follow up with and when. Tracking active campaigns to assess their success.
--Not a client-interfacing role, but some onboarding support tasks for new clients working with tech team/admin at other companies to finalize contract and other details
--Possibly helping with social media

Ideal candidate will have:
--Superb organizational skills, loves keeping others organized
--Loves solving problems, e.g. tech support
--Ability to anticipate needs and take action
--A very strong internet connection
--Ability to mainly work within US hours
--Fluent in English

Note: The client hiring for this position will only be considering rates under $12/hour.
