Job Summary
To support a platform migration project, the remote contract Virtual Assistant for Migration will manage the migration of approximately 1,000 partner websites, social media accounts, and email campaigns while tracking progress and ensuring quality control.
Key responsibilities
- Migrate and rebuild partner websites, ensuring content and branding accuracy
- Transfer and manage social media accounts and email campaigns on new platforms
- Track migration progress and run quality checks to confirm functionality post-migration
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including tracking and data management
- Hands-on website development experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
- Experience with social media posting and account management
- Experience in email campaign creation and management
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed SOPs
