Virtual Assistant for Platform Migration

Job Summary

To support a large-scale platform migration, the contract Virtual Assistant for Platform Migration will work remotely to manage the migration of partner websites, social media accounts, and email campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate and rebuild partner websites on new platforms while maintaining content and branding integrity
• Transfer scheduled posts and manage social media accounts as required
• Track migration progress and run quality checks to ensure successful implementation

Required qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including tracking and managing large datasets
• Hands-on website development experience with platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
• Experience in social media account management and email campaign creation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
