Virtual Assistant Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Virtual Assistant Marketing Specialist will create and execute professional listing marketing materials for real estate agent partners while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials such as Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House pieces
• Create social media graphics and content for listing announcements and manage digital flyers for properties
• Post and schedule marketing content across various platforms while maintaining organized records for each listing campaign

Required qualifications

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
• Access to a desktop computer (Intel Core i5 or above preferred) and high-speed internet
