Job Summary
Health and Wellness coach seeking virtual assistant support with work including but not limited to:
--Research (varies from finding membership details of local groups to how to unfreeze credit)
--Organizing digital files
--Keeping spreadsheets updated
--Large ongoing background projects (ex, creating a spreadsheet of all Linkedin and FB contacts and seeing where the gaps are between the two)
--Appreciates autonomy (not used to being micro-managed)
--Willing to seek clarity when needed (asks questions instead of assuming)
--Eager to learn
--5-10 hours/week to start but eventually, role could expand to entail more transactional tasks like scheduling, dealing with orders, reservations, etc in addition to the above.
--Training, templates etc can be provided to ensure success.
