Job Summary
A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Associate Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the analysis of business needs and requirements, being able to translate technical requirements into business appropriate terminology
- Consulting with clients on a variety of data integrity issues and leading business practices
- Engaging with client project managers defining client strategies and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- B.A. in CIS or HR with 1 - 3 years of consulting experience or 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience required
- Up to date Workday certification in HCM, Payroll or Financials
- Successfully completed at least one project within the Workday ecosystem
- Possess knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes, and completing functional HR/Payroll design docs
- Familiarity with one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll or Finance
- Proven track record of collaborating with customers to define deployment
