Job Summary
A business solutions company has an open position for a Associate Reporting and Analytics Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the development of functional designs and specifications to support tenant build
- Facilitating requirements gathering, design, tenant review and other customer facing sessions
- Consulting with clients on a variety of data integrity issues and leading business practices utilizing Workday
Skills and Requirements Include:
- B.A. in CIS or HR with 1 - 3 years of consulting experience or 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience
- Up to date Workday certification in HCM, Payroll or Financials
- Successful completion of at least one project within the Workday ecosystem
- Familiarity with one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll or Finance
