A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Attorney Lawyer in Martinez.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney
- Preparing accountings
- Analyzing discovery and drafting responses and objections
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years in the practice areas including estate planning, probate litigation and/or trust administrationr
- Must have experience managing accountings
- Proficiency with drafting discovery
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Detailed and have the ability work independently
- California Licensed attorney
