A company is looking for a Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote inspections by analyzing photos and live videos to assess vehicle damage
• Review and write estimates, create supplements, and handle total losses for various vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service

Required Qualifications

• 18 months or more of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
• Expertise in creating detailed cost estimates for repairs including paintwork and mechanical issues
• Familiarity with virtual inspection tools and applications
• Strong analytical skills for accurate damage assessment and estimate writing
