Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote inspections by analyzing photos and live videos to assess vehicle repairs
• Review and write estimates, create supplements, and handle total losses for various vehicles
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with customers and team members to ensure exceptional service

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
• 18 months or more of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
• Expertise in creating detailed cost estimates for paintwork, body, frame restoration, and mechanical repairs
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a flexible work environment
• On-camera presence required for customer assistance and team meetings
