Virtual Auto Damage Estimator, a fully remote position requiring a dedicated work-from-home environment, evaluates first- and third-party material damage claims and produces accurate repair estimates to support timely claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of insurance and/or auto body estimating experience
• Proficiency in CCC ONE
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Must obtain an adjusting license within a defined timeframe post-hire
• Strong analytical skills and industry expertise in assessing vehicle damage
