Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Virtual Automotive Insurance Claims Adjuster.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making same day contact with customers based on the needs of the claim
- Confirming facts of loss and determines vehicle location and if drivable
- Offering vehicle repair and rental service options to customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Insurance Adjusters License in where states applicable, required
- Able to handle and document files in compliance with regulatory requirements
