Job Summary
A credit union is seeking a Virtual Banking Branch Representative in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on a call center environment to answer incoming calls from our members
- Closely adhere to policy and procedures to protect our member's information
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous call center experience or retail banking experience desired
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and eager to assist communication
- Eager to learn about our products and services
