Job Summary
A bank has a current position open for a Virtual Banking Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products
- Receiving, investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services and issues
- Resolving customer service inquiries and issues
