Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Behavioral Health Care Manager.

Must be able to:

• Monitor inpatient and/or outpatient level of care services
• Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention and emergency authorizations as assigned
• Perform concurrent reviews for inpatient and/or outpatient care

Required Skills:

• 2 years experience post degree in healthcare, behavioral health, psychiatric and/or substance abuse health care setting
• Current license as a Registered Nurse or Masters or Doctoral-level behavioral health practitioner
• CEAP, LMSW, LCSW or CEAP certification as required by management
• Strong organization, time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of utilization management procedures, mental health and substance abuse community resources
• Knowledge and experience in inpatient setting
