A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Behavioral Health Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, training, and directing care management staff
- Developing desktop procedures that complement care management policies
- Developing performance dashboards and ensuring monitoring of team performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Required to have a current license to practice independently
- 3-5 years of behavioral health experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing care management operations
