Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Benefits Coordinator in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as first escalation for employee questions or issues regarding benefits
  • Processing benefits changes in the system
  • Providing support during the open enrollment process

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proficient in using a HRIS
  • At least 2-3 years of benefits administration experience
  • Strong in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Be able to jump in quickly with minimal training
