A staffing agency is filling a position for a Virtual Benefits Coordinator in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as first escalation for employee questions or issues regarding benefits
- Processing benefits changes in the system
- Providing support during the open enrollment process
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficient in using a HRIS
- At least 2-3 years of benefits administration experience
- Strong in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Be able to jump in quickly with minimal training
