Job Summary
A human resources and financial services company has an open position for a Virtual Benefits Platform Product Development Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating technical requirements documentation for new products and/or new features
- Facilitating life-cycle development and provide support to affiliated internal groups
- Creating formal internal and external release documentation and/or training material
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to develop creative approaches for product development
- Able to ensure the platform meets/exceeds client expectations
- Ability to anticipate the needs of end-users to ensure a robust solution
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Benefits Administration
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
