Job Summary

A beverage distribution company has an open position for a Virtual Beverage Customer Experience Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and texts
• Handle customer and supplier concerns quickly and respectfully
• Manage time and multi-task effectively

Qualifications Include:

• At least one year experience with customer service
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must have a high school diploma and be at least 21 years old
