Job Summary
A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual BI Director in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interacting directly with business users and manage business requirements gathering along with being proficient in QlikView
- Working closely with the client's Master Data Management and Sales Operations teams to ensure overall project success
- Providing tactical experience with data integration projects, data warehouse implementations and master data management practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- This is a virtual role requiring 20% domestic US travel
- BS/BA/AS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, plus a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Pharmaceutical and QlikView experience required
- The candidate must have QlikView experience (QlikView, QlikSense, nPrinting)
- Experience in the Life sciences/Pharmaceutical industry including working with pharmaceutical company data sources (i.e. prescription data, chargebacks, contract management, health care professionals, EDI 867, etc)
- Experience in managing, and implementing data warehousing within the pharmaceutical industry
