Job Summary
A company that provides translation services is in need of a Virtual Bilingual Albanian Telephone Interpreter in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Conduct intake and pre-session scripting for each client
- Render correct concepts and meanings between the speakers
- Maintain correct grammar, clarity and tone between languages
Qualifications for this position include:
- Full fluency in English and Native fluency in Albanian
- 2+ years of professional telephone interpreting experience
- Very good cultural understanding and ability clearly explain cultural concepts
- Very good ability to remain neutral and objective during calls
- Excellent accuracy - good note taking practices, listening, memory retention
- Very good medical terminology knowledge; ability to reference medical glossaries during active calls
