Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Brazilian Portuguese Partner Relations Support Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing developer program support to some of the world’s most exciting companies
- Responding to requests and providing extraordinary customer service
- Diagnosing and reporting on the source of repeat issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Verbal and written fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Minimum 2 years experience navigating and resolving various customer inquiries
- Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
- Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
- Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while talking with customers
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
