A provider of managed digital engagement services is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Digital Engagement Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide services on project teams
  • Specialize in digital engagement
  • Moderate content

Position Requirements Include:

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about video games
  • Interested in online communities and social media
  • Experience with being an active member of a community, especially in a moderation/admin capacity
  • Basic PC proficiency, ability to perform standard diagnostic processes
  • Muist be comfortable with inappropriate/aggressive content
  • Bilingual: Chinese/English, Japanese/English or Korean/English
