Job Summary
An apparel retailer is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual English and French Customer Support Specialist I in the Columbus Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound customer phone calls to limit fraud
- Effectively identifying customers’ needs and providing accurate solutions
- Conveying information to internal business partners via established processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in English as well as speaking, reading and writing in French
- 1 – 3 years in Customer Service and Contact Center Operations
- Intermediate Order Management System understanding and skills
