Job Summary

A specialty travel website is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Bilingual English and Spanish Cruise Sales Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Selling cruise vacations and other leisure travel options to potential customers
  • Selling through inbound telephone calls, outbound calls and email leads
  • Other duties as requested

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be a true sales professional who can meet or exceed minimum monthly sales productivity goals
  • Must have at least two years of recent cruise sales work experience
  • Language fluency in English/Spanish is required for some openings
  • Must be an expert closer and adept at upselling cruise vacations
  • Must be able to maximize the customer experience as well as revenue
  • Must have excellent communication skills
