Job Summary
A customer service company has a current position open for a Virtual Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and processing incoming phone calls for clients
- Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
- Obtaining, entering and verifying customer information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school or GED required
- Minimum of one year customer service or sales experience required
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
