Job Summary

A customer service company has a current position open for a Virtual Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving and processing incoming phone calls for clients
  • Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
  • Obtaining, entering and verifying customer information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school or GED required
  • Minimum of one year customer service or sales experience required
  • Basic computer skills required
