Job Summary
A client interactions services company is in need of a Virtual Bilingual English Russian Parking Information and Enforcement Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately dispensing information to motorists
- Politely answering calls and processing payments
- Showing empathy towards motorists
Required Skills:
- Laptop or Desktop Computer running Windows Operating System Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows 10
- At least 1 year experience in a high stress call center environment (brick and mortar or virtual). Examples include: Collections, 911 dispatch/operator, taking calls for fraud line, roadside assistance.
- Must be bilingual in Russian and English
- Be knowledgeable of HelpCenter policies and software- CRM, phone system etc.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required
