Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Bilingual Executive Assistant (West Coast hours/Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support C-level executives with calendar management, inbox management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and bookkeeping
  • Maintain timely communication with clients between 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time
  • Operate with significant independence and work from home
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager reporting to the company CEO or President
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Experience with expense reporting software and coordinating projects
