Job Summary
A call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Bilingual French Customer Care Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Promptly processing/answering customer inquiries and concerns
- Acting as a liaison between customers and dealerships
- Handling difficult customer issues and avoiding escalation whenever possible
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluency in oral and written French and English
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- Must be able to type 25 WPM
