Job Summary

An online retail company has an open position for a Virtual Bilingual French Seller Onboarding Associate.

Must be able to:

• Ensure compliance with process and procedures whilst meeting quality and performance metric
• Provide prompt and efficient service to Sellers
• Identify Seller and Associate success barriers

Position Requirements Include:

• Fluency in French and English is required
• Prior experience working within a customer service /contact center environment (voice process) is highly desirable
• Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas
• Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail is advantageous
• Ability to follow specific detailed process steps
