Job Summary
A social media agency is in need of a Virtual Bilingual German Social Media Moderator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide online moderation services to our clients during the Holiday period
- Moderate user-generated content on allocated client sites
- Post client-created Standard Response Templates where required
Position Requirements Include:
- Native-level German along with fluency in written and spoken English
- Social media enthusiast
- Sound judgement and brand awareness
- Strong communication skills and you know how to “read” between the lines
- Experience from community management, translation, moderation, customer service or social media management
