Job Summary
A global telecommunications company has an open position for a Virtual Bilingual German Telecommunications Sales Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative and business tools support to Channel Partners, Global Sales, etc
- Coordinating and troubleshooting partner, customer, and internal sales requests for support
- Manage partner escalation requests regarding lead registration, tools, RFP responses, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in German/English
- 2 years+ experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM applications
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products, and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships
- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous, simultaneous, and conflicting tasks
