Job Summary
An information asset management has an open position for a Virtual Bilingual Hebrew and Yiddish Cataloger.
Must be able to:
- Search, retrieve and/or update bibliographic records
- Perform original and copy cataloging of print monographs, and serials
- Perform both descriptive and subject cataloging
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Foreign language proficiency in Hebrew/Yiddish
- Previous original cataloging experience in Hebrew/Yiddish foreign language
- Must have experience with authority control
- Experience in data entry
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
