Job Summary

A provider of translation services needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Korean Census Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Navigating to the appropriate pre-scripted responses
  • Utilizing standard technology such as telephone, email, and web browser
  • Completing basic call-related input in computer terminal to phone inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:
