A provider of translation services needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Korean Census Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Navigating to the appropriate pre-scripted responses
- Utilizing standard technology such as telephone, email, and web browser
- Completing basic call-related input in computer terminal to phone inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak English and Korean clearly, professionally, and fluently
- Six months of related customer-service experience
- Security clearance required
- Detail oriented
- Strong written, verbal, and typing communication skills
