A contact center is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Korean Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Have conversations over live chat

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak in both English and Korean
• Must pass a criminal history background check
• Must be friendly and professional
