A contact center is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Korean Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Have conversations over live chat
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak in both English and Korean
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Must be friendly and professional
