Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Virtual Bilingual Polish Customer Experience Representative.


Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support Tier 1 technical support and customer service phone support for external customers
  • Accept payments by a variety of methods
  • Explain charges and credits on the customer’s bill, and resolve complex billing scenarios

Required Skills:

  • Ability to regularly sit for long periods of time
  • Take back-to-back phone calls from customers nationwide
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance standards
