Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Virtual Bilingual Portuguese Customer Experience Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
- Conducting back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
- Establishing long-term customer relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- The ability to navigate company communications and programs in English while speaking with customers in Portuguese and English
- Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
