A provider of translation services needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Portuguese Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide basic general and claims-specific information
- Complete basic call-related input in computer terminal
- Assist caller with filling out online application
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak English and Portuguese clearly, professionally, and fluently
- Six months of related customer-service experience
- Ability to obtain security clearance
