Job Summary

A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual South Asian Customer Experience Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve customer issues and prevent future callbacks
  • Assist customers with programming, orders, upgrades, and more
  • Educate and offer existing customers additional programming and services

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and South Asian
  • Ability to meet all home office and equipment requirements
