Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual South Asian Customer Experience Representative.
Must be able to:
- Resolve customer issues and prevent future callbacks
- Assist customers with programming, orders, upgrades, and more
- Educate and offer existing customers additional programming and services
Required Skills:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and South Asian
- Ability to meet all home office and equipment requirements
