Job Summary
A provider of customer relationship management services has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with payment plans, service reconnects, and general questions
Qualifications Include:
- High school or GED and 1+ years customer service or sales experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice; and
- Bilingual in English and Spanish may be required for certain projects
