Job Summary
A customer engagement services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering back to back calls and resolve issues in a remote environment
- Building a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Speak on the phone while using a computer
- Ability to empathize and be friendly with people you’ve never met
- Ability to use logic and solve problems
